Lord, such a Big Ask! To love others as You have loved us.
Only with an abundance of Your Spirit, working to root out the selfishness and bent toward narcissism, that this heart may be set free to love simply and wholeheartedly. I praise You Lord that this is possible... that it can be realized in our lives.
Holy Spirit, set to work. Be gracious and heal as You work to remove from my heart that which dishonors my Jesus, and fill those spaces with the graces and fruit of Your character.
Make me a servant fit for Your Kingdom.
